The Singapore HeritageFest is an annual signature event organised by the National Heritage Board's Education and Outreach Division.
Who's Your Neighbour
Who lives next door to you? How well do you know them? Besides your immediate neighbours, do you know who else lives in your neighbourhood?
With our busy lives today, many of us would probably head right home after work, shutting the door after us. How many of us leave our doors open, or have a word of greeting for our neighbours we meet in the lifts?
